McCartney Food Service is a family owned and run business based in Freiston, Lincolnshire.

Formed by in 1986 by Paul McCartney & his Wife Elaine. Paul diversified from the families butchery business seeing that the customers wanted more than just the meat that they offered.


He started buying other products such as pies, fish and bread. The business moved from a portable freezer unit to a purpose built premises in Boston.


In 1996 they had outgrown those premises and bought a warehouse & yard in Freiston. In 2006 work commenced on a further extension to the warehouse taking it to 10,000 sq ft. doubling the freezer space and giving a store for the increasing ambient range.

Still run by Paul and his family McCartney foodservice can offer that personal service that he offered when he started the business.

In 2012 McCartney Foodservice joined the Sterling Supergroup, which is a buying group made up of family owned & run foodservice companies from all over the UK. This has given us access to a wider range of products and the Sterling Caterers Essentials own label range, this range has been developed by leading manufacturers to offer great value and quality products
